These beginner 10 week plans offer a nice steady build up. One plan builds up to 10 hrs/week by week 10 & the other will build up to 15 hours by week 10.
Plan options vary between 1x session a day for 10 weeks and another plan starts with 1x session a day for 5 weeks then 2 sessions a day 3-4/days a week for the last 5 weeks.
The goal of these plans is to maintain and improve fitness over the offseason keeping you injury free and excited and motivated to do more!
The efforts should be controlled and you should never be emptying your talk for longer periods of time. Just do your best, and embrace the challenge. This will set you up beautifully for your upcoming season!!

This plan was designed by Siri and has every key workout you need to get the very best out of your swim bike and run in 10 weeks! The plan starts at 7-8 hours and builds up to 15 hours by week 10! The plan begins with a 2 week build up of all disciplines, a 2 week swim only block, a 2-week bike specific block and a 2 week run specific Block. The plan finishes with a 2 week build up swim, bike and run to get you ready for the racing season!

This run plan developed by Bek and Siri is tested and trialed with 25 years experience in Triathlon! The plan includes all the sessions needed to improve your run fitness and efficiency! Week 1 starts with 40 min of running and a weekly total of 3 hours. It then builds up to week 4 with a 1.5 hr long run and a total of 4 hours.
Suited for all levels and Olympic to 70.3 distance!

The plan starts at 5 swim sessions and approx 17-18 km and build to 8 sessions and approx 30 km! It also includes the long bike and run on weekends and another key bike and key run workout each week too! So two bikes and two runs with 5-8 swims over the 4 weeks! This plan gives you all you need to be doing in all three disciplines with the main focus on the swim!

12 Week Sprint Tri Plan
($149 for members)
This plan consists of 1x workout each day. Weekdays Mon-Fri are 1hr per day with weekends up to 2.5hrs on Sat and Sundays 1.5hrs. The plan also includes one day off each week!
The training times each week range from 5hrs to a max of 9 hrs each week for the entire 12 week plan!

How do I get my training plan?
If you purchase the annual club option you'll be able to login to the club platform, apply the plan to your Team Sirius training calendar and start training straight away using our custom mobile and web apps. If you want to use the plan in your Training Peaks account, email us after you've purchased the plan at email@example.com
What fitness levels do the plans cater for?
We have training plans designed for all fitness levels including beginner, intermediate and advanced. If you are unsure which plan suits you best email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide us with as much detail as possible regarding your current fitness level, training time available and goals for your race.
What currency is the pricing?
All our pricing is in US dollars.
Can I use the plan in Training Peaks?

I don't get to a computer often, can I still use the training plan?
Yes, when you purchase a training plan from us you have the option of receiving a printable PDF document. You can simply print it off and keep it handy for planning your training. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org after you've purchased the plan if you'd like the PDF version.
